Fran Engelhardt has a long history of Real Estate involvement as owner of Engelwood Resources, LLC., a development and property management business of light industrial buildings in Southeastern Michigan.
He was also an employee of Ford Motor Land Development Company and has held a Michigan Broker's license and a Michigan Builder's license since 1988.
Fran began ownership of Naples properties in 1977, and he now resides in Old Naples.
He aquired his Florida Broker's License in 2006.
